In what should have been the end of a regular shift, 27-year-old Destiny Deja Stewart, a certified nursing assistant, found her life tragically cut short in the parking lot of the Pine Forest Health and Rehabilitation center in Jackson, Mississippi. On the night of March 21, 2025, a heated argument with her 29-year-old partner, Samuel Coleman, escalated into a shocking act of violence that left two families devastated.
