In the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 2, 2025, the city of Springfield was the scene of a violent incident that resulted in the death of 35-year-old Justin Santiago. A male resident of Springfield, Santiago was found inside a home in the 0-100 block of Hebron Street suffering from gunshot wounds.
