Upon their arrival, officers discovered
a grim scene on the 400 block of Bridge Street. There, they found Trey Palmer suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Baystate Medical Center in a desperate attempt to save his life. Tragically, despite the efforts of medical personnel, Palmer succumbed to his injuries later that same evening.
