Shannon Ramone Campbell Jr., a 23-year-old man from Indianapolis, Indiana, was fatally shot on January 3, 2025. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Howard Street, near West Morris Street and South Belmont Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men who had been shot.
