Erika Ellen Winford, a 51-year-old woman from Jacksonville, Florida, was found shot to death in the backyard of her home in the Durkeeville area on February 10, 2025. Authorities responded to the residence on West 15th Street after a concerned friend attempted to contact her but received no response. Upon arriving at the home, the friend noticed a large amount of blood on the rear doorstep and discovered Winford’s body wrapped in blankets in the driveway.
