Khina Jayneisa Culler, a 24-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost her life on May 5, 2019. The incident occurred in the Paxon neighborhood, where she was fatally shot following an argument with Christopher Tyrell Anderson, also 24.
