Shelby Farah, a 20-year-old white female, tragically lost her life on July 20, 2013, in Jacksonville, Florida. Shelby was working at a Metro PCS store when she was fatally shot during a robbery. The perpetrator, James Rhodes, entered the store and demanded money at gunpoint. Despite Shelby's compliance, Rhodes shot her multiple times, resulting in her immediate death.
