On a summer afternoon in Jacksonville, Florida, the life of 57-year-old Christine Dixon was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On July 27, 2026, Dixon was one of four people shot in a quadruple shooting that unfolded on Susie Street in a Westside neighborhood. Emergency services responded to the chaotic scene, and Dixon, along with two men aged 33 and 69, were transported to a local hospital.
