In the early hours of an August morning in 2011, the life of 30-year-old Damian Tiffin, an African-American man, was cut short in Omaha, Nebraska. On August 2nd, police responded to a call of a shooting near 19th and Sprague Streets. There they found Damian Tiffin with a gunshot wound to the back of his head.
