On October 12, 2012, 17-year-old Brandin Princole was walking to a friend's house in Omaha, Nebraska, when he was tragically shot and killed near North 46th Street and Larimore Avenue. A vehicle pulled up alongside him, and its occupants opened fire, fatally wounding Brandin.
