On a Friday afternoon in Omaha, Nebraska, 17-year-old Brandin Princole, an African-American male, was walking to a friend's house on October 12, 2012. As he made his way near the intersection of North 46th Street and Larimore Avenue, a car passed by, and its occupants opened fire. Brandin was struck by the gunfire in the brazen daylight shooting.
