On April 27, 2021, a tragic series of events unfolded in Smyrna, Delaware, resulting in the deaths of 38-year-old Stephanie Gill and 21-year-old Deanna Dominick-Dalton. The incident began around 10:26 a.m. when Stephanie Gill and her husband, 47-year-old Llewellyn Gill, arrived at Smyrna Middle School to pick up their daughter for a medical appointment.
