Black/African American female Stephanie Gill, age 38, was killed on April 27, 2021, in Smyrna, Delaware. That Tuesday morning, she and her husband, 47-year-old Llewellyn Gill, arrived at Smyrna Middle School to pick up their daughter for a medical appointment. Outside their vehicle, an argument erupted.
