Todd A. Schumacher, 35, a white male, was found shot outside his South Omaha home on December 5, 2000, after returning from work. Officers were called to the area near 29th and Q Streets—listed as 2907 Q Street in reports—where he lay next to his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.
