On April 16, 2000, the body of 33-year-old Hispanic female Aida Quinones was discovered near an Interstate 84 overpass in Hartford, Connecticut. Her body was found lying facedown, partially covered with dirt and gravel. Her clothing had been disturbed; her shirt and sweater were pushed up to her chest, and her pants were pulled down around one leg, leaving the lower part of her torso exposed.
