On March 17, 2015, 30-year-old Lilliana Restrepo of Wethersfield, Connecticut, was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head in an apartment at 48 Congress Street in Hartford. Initially, the scene appeared to suggest a suicide, as a firearm was discovered in her hand.
