In the early morning hours of October 7, 2010, the life of 27-year-old Jeanna Flores, a Black/African American female from Hartford, Connecticut, was tragically cut short. Just before 1 a.m., she was standing with a group of people outside a club on Franklin Avenue in Hartford when a man opened fire into the crowd.
