On March 16, 2022, at approximately 1:05 p.m., 62-year-old Cynthia Reynolds was in the front yard of her residence on Irving Street in Hartford, Connecticut, when she was struck by a gunshot. Responding officers found her alert and conscious; she was transported to a local hospital and initially listed in stable condition. Tragically, Reynolds succumbed to her injuries on March 21, 2022.
