In the early evening of May 29, 2007, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Kansas City neighborhood, leaving a young life extinguished and a family grasping for answers. Vonzall Temple Jr., a 17-year-old male, was sitting in his car in a driveway in the 2400 block of Kensington when he was ambushed.
