On a summer evening in Kansas City, Missouri, 25-year-old Rodney Peoples was fatally shot on June 11, 2016. The incident occurred in the 3300 block of Indiana Avenue, where Peoples was found on the sidewalk. He was a father to three children, including infant twins and a 3-year-old son at the time of his death.
