Randall Wayne Reffett, a 15-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on May 14, 1976, in Norwood Park Township, Cook County, Illinois. His death was later linked to the infamous serial killer John Wayne Gacy. Reffett's remains were discovered on December 25, 1978, in the crawl space beneath Gacy's house.
