Robert David Winch, a 16-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on November 11, 1977, in Norwood Park Township, Cook County, Illinois. His death was linked to the infamous serial killer John Wayne Gacy, who was known for abducting, torturing, and murdering young men and boys between 1962 and 1978. Gacy, often referred to as 'The Killer Clown,' was convicted of 33 murders, making him one of the most prolific serial killers in U.S. history.
