William Wayne “Billy” Kindred, a 19-year-old male, tragically lost his life on February 16, 1978, in Norwood Park Township, Cook County, Illinois. His remains were identified through dental records, as his exact date of death was initially unknown. Kindred was one of the victims of John Wayne Gacy, a notorious serial killer who preyed on young men and boys in the Chicago area.
