Timothy David O'Rourke, a 20-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on June 30, 1978, in Norwood Park Township, Cook County, Illinois. His death was one of the many horrifying crimes committed by John Wayne Gacy, a notorious serial killer and sex offender who terrorized the Chicago area during the 1970s.
