White / Caucasian, male, Bradley “Brad” Robert, age 23, stepped outside his home in the Kathy Estates Trailer Court on Chugach Way in Anchorage just before 1 a.m. on November 11, 2022, after he and his girlfriend heard a commotion. A fight among others had spilled into the street. In the dim cold, the 23-year-old tried to help, according to his girlfriend, when gunfire tore through the chaos.
