Abril Marie Comstock, an infant, was last seen on July 13, 2000, in Alhambra, California. At the time, she was being concealed by her mother, Maria Diaz-Rivera, in what authorities believe to be a parental abduction. They were last spotted in Tijuana, Mexico. Abril, a Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes, was only a few months old and weighed around 40 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
