On July 3, 2014, Destiny Davila, a 13-year-old Hispanic girl from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost her life in a horrific double murder-suicide. Destiny and her mother, Irma Davila, 41, were found dead in their home, and the suspect, Hector Davila, Destiny's estranged father and Irma's husband, was also found deceased. According to police reports, Hector Davila killed his wife and daughter before taking his own life.
