Noel Reyna, a 15-year-old boy from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on November 20, 2017. The incident occurred following a dispute outside a Whataburger restaurant in the 7700 block of FM 78. On the night of his death, Noel Reyna had attended a vigil for a friend who had recently passed away.
