Adriana Theresa Lejarzar, a 47-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on October 31, 2017, in San Antonio, Texas. She was found dead alongside her husband, Brann Alan Mills, 47, in what was determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred at their home on the far North Side of San Antonio, in the 22000 block of Fossil Peak.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a call about gunshots around 10 p.m. that night.
Upon arrival, they discovered the bodies of Lejarzar and Mills. The medical examiner ruled Lejarzar's death a homicide, as she suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Mills, on the other hand, died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a suicide.
Investigators believe that Mills shot Lejarzar before turning the gun on himself. Lejarzar was found lying next to a vehicle outside the home, while Mills was found in the doorway with a firearm beside him. The couple left behind one son, who was mentioned in a GoFundMe page set up to help cover funeral expenses.
No arrests were made in connection with the deaths, as it was determined to be a murder-suicide. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office concluded their investigation, and no further litigation or legal actions were pursued.
