On April 30, 2024, 33-year-old Tanya Lynn Boulding was found deceased in her mobile home in the 8600 block of SW Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office determined that she died from a shotgun wound.

As they approached, he exited the business and immediately opened fire on the officers. In response, four officers returned fire, fatally wounding him. The officers involved in the shooting were identified as Officer A, Officer B, Officer C, and Officer D.
