Valencia Michelle Ramirez, a 17-year-old Hispanic girl from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically killed on August 13, 1994. She was spending the night at a friend's house when a drive-by shooting occurred. Valencia and her friend were asleep in bed when several shots were fired into the bedroom.
