Richard Rosenberg, a 59-year-old man from Austin, Texas, was tragically killed on November 12, 2015. The incident took place at a storage facility on Matthews Lane in South Austin. Rosenberg was involved in a dispute with Darius Bailey, an 18-year-old from Austin, who allegedly broke into Rosenberg's apartment and stole his son's money, marijuana, and guns.
