Jayme Lee Smith, Sr., a 29-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 9, 2019. He was fatally shot in the chest early Monday morning in Cleveland's Slavic Village neighborhood. Officers responded to the 3600 block of East 59th Street shortly after 2 a.m. for a shooting and found Smith lying on the ground.
