Tavion Hollins, a 29-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on July 21, 2019. EMS responded to a call on East 61st Street and Bonna Avenue around 11 a.m., where they found Hollins with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The investigation into Hollins' death led to the identification of a suspect, Lamar Polk, a 24-year-old man. Polk was wanted for aggravated mur ...
