Sheldon Polk, a 32-year-old male, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2022, in Austin, Texas. Polk was involved in an altercation with a stranger, 17-year-old Carlos Narvaez, which escalated into a deadly shooting. The incident occurred around 2:01 a.m. on East 6th Street in downtown Austin. When police arrived at the scene, they found Polk unresponsive on the ground, and he was later pronounced dead at the scene.
