Ruby Ann Sanchez, a 43-year-old woman from Warren, Ohio, tragically died on March 26, 2023, after being shot. She was taken to Trumbull Regional Medical Center around 1 a.m. following reports of gunfire at the Hampshire House apartments. Despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries later that day.
