Ruby Ann Sanchez, a 43-year-old woman from Warren, Ohio, tragically died on March 26, 2023, after being shot. She was taken to Trumbull Regional Medical Center around 1 a.m. following reports of gunfire at the Hampshire House apartments. Despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries later that day. The incident prompted an immediate investigation by the Warren Police Department, who found a shell casing at the scene and received reports of bullets striking nearby residences.
