On the night of May 13, 2022, 19-year-old Kammie Kiser was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Warren Heights Apartment Complex in Warren, Ohio. Kammie, a young woman from Garrettsville, was sitting in a car with two male friends when the shooting occurred around 2:10 a.m. Both of her friends survived the attack, but Kammie tragically did not. The incident left the community in shock, as Kammie was known for her kind and trusting nature.
