Heaven Lynn Townsend, a 21-year-old woman from Youngstown, was tragically found shot to death in a parking lot near the Fairview Gardens apartment complex in Warren, Ohio, on August 19, 2017. Townsend was described by friends as someone who was always willing to help others. The incident occurred amidst a string of summer violence in the area, with police responding to reports of gunfire in the vicinity.
