Jeremy Cole, a 21-year-old male, was tragically killed on September 27, 2012, in Warren, Ohio. His death occurred during an attempted robbery at a home on Oak Circle SW. The incident also left a 30-year-old woman, Melissa Putnam, injured after she was shot in the head, but she survived her injuries.
