Ashante Fisher-Kirksey, a 26-year-old mother of four from Warren, Ohio, tragically lost her life on November 11, 2023. The incident occurred at her home on Francis Avenue, where she was reportedly shot and killed.

The primary suspect in this case is Noel Flores Jr., a 19-year-old man from Warren. Following the shooting, police issued a warrant for Flores's arrest. He was wanted by the Warren Police Department on charges of homicide in connection with Kirksey's death.
