Khalef K. Freeman, a 38-year-old African American man from Warren, Ohio, tragically died on June 21, 2019. He was shot while in a car with a female friend, who attempted to drive him to the hospital but crashed into a house on Tod Avenue. Freeman was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into his death is still ongoing, and police have yet to make any arrests. Detectives have a person of interest but are urging anyone with information to come forward.
