Death by Force

On September 21, 2024, in Austin, Texas, 76-year-old Anthony Maxa and his wife, 74-year-old Shari Mallory-Maxa, were found deceased in their home on Brookhill Drive. Both had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. An autopsy revealed that Anthony was shot six times, with at least one shot fired from less than three feet away, while Shari was shot three times.
