On May 5, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in south Austin, Texas, resulting in the death of 63-year-old Aristeo Campos-Cuellar. The shooting took place at an apartment complex located in the 700 block of West William Cannon Drive. Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to reports of a shooting at the location, where they found Campos-Cuellar with gunshot wounds.
