Andre Lanier Davis Jr., a 47-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on April 9, 2019, in Austin, Texas. The incident occurred at Givens Park, located at 3911 E. 12th St., around 10:45 p.m. Davis was playing dominoes with his friends when he was approached by one or more individuals who attempted to rob him.
