Alexander A. Morgan Jr., a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on July 18, 2019, in Austin, Texas. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the Rare Apartments located in the 6400 block of Springdale Road. Morgan was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center, where he was declared brain dead three days later.
