Jonathan David Rogers, a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2018, in Austin, Texas. Rogers was shot near the 1600 block of Mearns Meadow Boulevard, close to Cook Elementary School, and was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
