Radyn Antonio Terrell, a 3-year-old boy from Katy, Texas, tragically passed away on June 21, 2019, due to an accidental shooting. On the evening of the incident, Radyn discovered his father's loaded .38-caliber pistol on a high-boy dresser in their home. The young boy, who was thought to be asleep, climbed to reach the firearm and accidentally fired it, resulting in a gunshot wound to his face near his eye.
