Eric Starr, a 29-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2019, in Katy, Texas. The incident occurred during a road rage altercation that escalated into a fatal shooting. Starr was driving a gray Toyota Camry when he and another driver, Dietrich Thomas, a 22-year-old black male, became involved in a confrontation.
