Dominique Bowers, a 37-year-old Navy veteran, was tragically found dead in her Warner Robins, Georgia home on August 13, 2021. Bowers, who was a former Builder Petty Officer 2nd Class in the U.S. Navy, had also worked for the Virginia Department of Transportation and studied psychology at Roanoke College.
