Richard Teran, a 35-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 3, 2019, in Katy, Texas. He was found shot to death in a parking lot located in the 19500 block of the Katy Freeway, around midnight. Richard was discovered in his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
