Frederick Kennedy, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 2, 2018, in Katy, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m. at The Commons at Hollyhock Apartments, located in the 5700 block of Greenhouse Road. According to reports, Kennedy was found lying in a common area of the apartment complex with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the scene.
