Issac Eugene Dixon, a 37-year-old man from Austin, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2020. Dixon was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Mueller City View Apartments in East Austin. The incident occurred around 9:45 a.m., and Dixon was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
